The TV shakes or seems unstable when touched.

When touched, the TV may still shake slightly even if the TV and stand are assembled correctly. However, there is a possibility that the machine screws are not firmly attached. If shaking happens between the stand base and the stand neck, the stand neck and the stand head, or the stand head and the main body of the TV, confirm that the screws are securely tightened using the recommended torque in the supplied stand supplement.
