Unable to locate the Bluetooth audio system with my Bluetooth device.
If you are unable to locate the Bluetooth® audio system with your Bluetooth portable device, check the following:
IMPORTANT: If model-specific information is needed to complete any of these steps, refer to the instructions supplied with the product. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
NOTE: If the Bluetooth icon is already blinking on and off before you start this procedure, the Bluetooth audio system is already in the pairing mode and you can skip to the next step.
- Press and hold the EQ/BLUETOOTH button approximately 7 seconds until the Bluetooth icon flashes to set the Bluetooth audio system to the pairing standby mode.
- Once the pairing is complete, press and hold the EQ/BLUETOOTH button approximately 3 seconds to turn the Bluetooth signal for the Bluetooth audio system to on. The Bluetooth icon will light up.
NOTES:
- If a connection already exists with another Bluetooth portable device, this Bluetooth audio system cannot be detected from the new device. Disconnect the current connection and start your search with the newer device.
- It may take time to search or connect.
