The disc tray will not open.
The disc tray will not open if the recorder has not been setup using the Easy Setup feature. It will be necessary to run the setup the first time the recorder is used and if the recorder loses power for an extended period of time.
- With the recorder stopped, press the SYSTEM MENU button.
- On the menu, select SETUP and press the ENTER button.
- In the SETUP menu, select Easy Setup and press the ENTER button.
- Select Start.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete Easy Setup.
