How can I find out if a firmware update is available for my camera or camcorder?
Firmware updates often improve product performance or correct certain issues. It is always recommended to install the latest version for your model.
If firmware updates are available, they will posted on your model support page. They may be titled Firmware or System Software.
- Go to the downloads section on your model page.
- The latest files will be presented by default. You can also filter by operating system if you wish.
- Click a file to see the detailed description, download, and installation instructions, including how to check your current firmware version.
