The Blu-ray Disc® player indicates that these Internet apps are not available if the player is not running on the latest system software (firmware) update. The latest system software can be accessed from the Network Update section of the device menu or by visiting the eSupport support website. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
NOTE: Follow the steps below to set the Software Update Notification setting to On. This way the player will notify you when a new update is available.
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Setup.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Software Update Notification.
- Select ON.
- Press the return Return button.
