Error: No applicable files available when playing back image files from the VISUAL INDEX .

This message may appear if the data in the hard disk, internal memory and memory card of the camcorder is modified using a computer.

When you modify the data recorded with the camcorder, use the supplied Picture Motion Browser (PMB) or PlayMemories Home™ software. If you change the files or folders in the camcorder directly from the computer, the image files may get damaged or may not playback. Revert the file to its previous condition or format the recording media with the camcorder.

WARNING: There is a risk of data loss. Formatting will erase all the files from the recording media. Backup the files you want to keep on your computer before formatting.
