Follow these steps to change the Home Page in the Windows® 8 operating system.

1. In the new Windows User Interface (UI) Start screen, click the Desktop tile.
2. On the Desktop, click the Internet Explorer tile.
3. In the Internet Explorer window, click the Tools icon, and then click Internet Options.
