How to listen to audio from a Microsoft Windows 7 computer using the DLNA® feature.

    NOTE: Windows 7 can be used as both a server and controller. You can listen to audio content on the server using the Windows 7 Play To function.

    Follow these steps to set up a Microsoft Windows 7 computer:

    1. Click the Start button.
    2. Select Control Panel.
    3. Select Network and Internet.
    4. Select View network status and tasks.
    5. Select Public network.
    6. Select the network being used by the Network audio device.
    7. Follow the setup instructions.

      NOTE: When performing the set up make sure that the Network being used is selected under the View your Active Networks field.

    8. After the setup is complete, select Change advanced sharing settings.
    9. Select Choose media streaming Options
    10. Turn the Media Streaming setting to On.
    11. Select Allow All.
    12. Select Ok.
    13. Select Allow all computers and media devices.
    14. Select OK.
