It's come to our attention that certain wireless access point (WAP) devices will not connect wirelessly to the TV when using the WPA2 Personal security mode. To resolve this issue, change the security mode setting of your access point to WPA2 Personal Mixed or WPA. For help changing the settings of your access point, refer to your access point manual, or contact the device manufacturer, or your internet service provided (ISP). If you're unable to change the security type setting of your wireless access point, you can still connect with your TV by using the TVs manual entry mode.
Note: To connect to your TV using the manual entry mode, some steps may require that you know the specific settings used when the router was set up. If you don't know these settings, check your device to confirm. For assistance with your device settings, refer to your access point manual, or contact the device manufacturer, or your internet service provided (ISP).
