How to determine if the built-in battery needs to be changed.

The built-in battery of the portable player should be replaced when the battery life is less than half, even when it has been fully charged.

NOTE: The built-in battery can be changed by consulting the place of purchase or by an authorized service center.  Go to Product Repair.
