The GUIDE button on the remote control is not working.
The GUIDE button on the remote control is only used for displaying the menu from a Digital Satellite System (DSS) receiver. If a DSS receiver is not connected, then the button has no function.
To display the menu from a DSS receiver, first press the SAT/CABLE FUNCTION button. Then, press the GUIDE button.
