I am having trouble connecting or using the Bluetooth hands-free or audio functions.

If you are experiencing difficulty using the hands-free or audio functions on the car stereo, follow these steps to resolve this issue:

NOTE: Not all Bluetooth® audio systems are supplied with same features and functions. To verify the information for your specific model, check the specifications. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

1. Disconnect all the connected devices from the Bluetooth audio system.
2. Connect from the phone again to try to establish a handsfree connection.

   NOTE: If you still cannot connect, remove the pairing (registration) between the phone and car stereo then try from pairing (device registration) again.
