Some icons are missing from the home screen of the Blu-ray Disc player after updating the service list

    If there are missing icons from the home screen of the Blu-ray Disc® player or if the icons were replaced with gray icons, the Blu-ray Disc player may not be retrieving the icon data from the server correctly. Data retrieval depends on the network connection. Perform the following steps to retrieve the icon data.

    1. If data retrieval by Wi-Fi® connection has failed, use a wired network connection.
    2. Refresh the home screen as follows.
      1. On the supplied remote control, press the OPTIONS button.
      2. Choose Update service list.

    Note: Depending on the model, there may be no Refresh Internet Content setting, or the setting procedure may be different. For details, refer to the product manual.
