The picture is blurry when I set the 4K upscale feature of the Blu-ray Disc player and the TV.
IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.
The display will always show what is being input to the TV. If you have a Blu-ray Disc® player or other device that has an up-convert feature, we recommend turning the feature off on the player and allowing the TV to do the up-converting. The picture will always upscale to 4K without changing any settings on the TV.
NOTES:
- If up-convert is enabled on the player, the TV will display 3840x2160 because the signal is already being upscaled.
- The resolution of the external device should be set to 1080i or 1080p for 4K upscale feature to work.
