Error 3128 Appears When Accessing an Internet Video App

    To fix this error, check the following:

    Note: Make sure the router is placed within 25 feet from the TV.

    1. Turn on the TV.
    2. Using the supplied TV remote control, press the HOME button.
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Under the Settings category, select Preferences.

    5. Under Setup, select Network.

    6. Under Network, select Network Setup.
    7. Under Network Setup, select Setup network connection.
    8. In the Please select how to set up your network screen, select Expert.

    9. In the Please select how to connect your TV to the home network and the Internet screen, select Wireless Setup.
    10. Under the Network Setup-Wi-Fi Network screen, select Scan.

      Note: It's recommend to use a 2.4 GHz access point or routers.

    11. In the Network Setup -Wireless Security screen, press the center button. Then, enter your network password or security key.
    12. In the IP Address Setting screen, select Auto.
    13. Select No for the proxy server.
    14. Select Save and Connect.
      • If the results of the Local and Internet Access are OK, select OK to exit from this screen.

    15. Perform a Refresh Internet Content on the TV.
      1. Using the supplied remote control, press the back button.
      2. In the Setup screen, select Network.
      3. Select Refresh Internet Content.
        • If the TV successfully connected to the network, it will display the message, Internet content is ready, press the HOME button to display the menu.
    16. Try to access the Internet app.
