Audio Information is not Displayed on the TV Screen When Receiving 4K Signals Through the HDR Input of the Sound Bar

Issue

Audio information is not displayed on your TV screen for some 4K formats when played through the High Dynamic Range (HDR) input of your Sound Bar, even after pressing the Display button.

Cause

In some cases the sound information will not pass to the TV. This is not a malfunction with the TV.

Solution

In the rare instance where the Volume level, Sound Field or Audio Format is not passed through to the TV, check the LCD display in front of sound bar for the audio format information.
