My TV displays black and white picture using composite cables

This issue may occur for several reasons. If the composite video cable is not connected to the proper input on the component jack panel, then only a black and white picture will display.
Follow these steps to help resolve the issue:
- Turn off your TV and the connected device.
- Make sure to connect the composite cables securely and properly on both the TV and the connected device.
(Red cable to the right audio jack, White cable to the left audio jack, and Yellow to the video jack)
- Turn on your TV and the connected device.
- On the supplied TV remote control, press the INPUT button until the proper input is selected.
Note: If the issue continues, you may have a bad video cable, replace it and try again.
