Can't perform BRAVIA Sync operations when using the Picture-in-Picture feature on my TV
When video from a connected HDMI device is displayed using the Picture-in-Picture (PIP) feature, you cannot perform BRAVIA Sync (HDMI CEC) operations. This is a specification of the Android™ 8.0 operating system.
To use the BRAVIA Sync (HDMI CEC) functions, turn off the PIP feature.
- On the supplied TV remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select OPEN.
- Select Full screen.
