Music stops or resumes playback

This issue occurs in the following situations:
- The built-in sensor is activated.
- If you remove the headphones or put them back on, this will pause or resume playback. If you're not wearing the headphones, make sure there's nothing else around the sensor because it may activate and resume playback.
- You can turn off the Pauses when headphones are taken off setting in the Sony | Headphones Connect app to disable this function.
- The touch sensor is tapped unintentionally (WF-1000XM3 only).
- You can disable the touch sensor in the Headphones Connect app.
- You can disable the touch sensor in the Headphones Connect app.
