The WI-1000XM2 headphones cannot pair with Bluetooth devices
This may occur if the headphones are wet from sweat or moisture. In this case wipe them off completely with a soft dry cloth, let them dry at room temperature, and then try pairing again.
If the Bluetooth pairing still doesn't work, refer to the Headphones troubleshooting guide.
Note: These headphones are not water resistant so don't expose them to water or moisture. Doing so may cause a malfunction and possibly affect Bluetooth pairing, etc.
