If the screen does not work properly

    • Perform each of these operations and check if the issue has been resolved.
      • Update your device’s software.
      • Restart your device.
      • Force your device to restart.

    • The screen may darken in the following cases:

      • [Screen timeout] is set to a short interval.
      • [Brightness level] is set to a dark value.
      • The [Adaptive brightness] setting is turned on.
        When [Adaptive brightness] is turned on, the screen brightness is optimized automatically according to the surrounding ambient light.
      • The proximity/light sensor is covered with stickers, etc.
      • The device gets too warm during use.
        The screen may darken when your device is at a high temperature. This is not a malfunction.
