Can't connect a smartphone via Bluetooth or use a call function when connecting a iDataLink Maestro module to the car stereo
Check the following on your car stereo to connect the smartphone:
- Bluetooth connection or when using Apple CarPlay/Android Auto:
Select Settings → Application → Maestro → Maestro Settings, then set OEM BT to OFF. - Using a Maestro function:
Select Settings → Application → Maestro → Maestro Settings, then set OEM BT to ON.
Note: The actual setting names may differ slightly depending on the connected devices.
