Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue and check if the issue is resolved after completing each one:
- Make sure that the Vision Positioning (self-location detection and obstacle detection system using the stereo cameras) is on.
- Make sure that the infrared range sensors are not blocked or dirty. If they, gently wipe around the windows of the sensors with a dry soft cloth.
