The sound is too low or the bass sound can't be heard

If there is ambient noise or another speaker nearby, the Ambient Noise Sensing function may activate and cause this issue. You can deactivate the Ambient Noise Sensing function using the Sony | Music Center app or speaker button. For more details, refer to the Help Guide.

Note: When the Ambient Noise Sensing function is activated, the speaker detects environmental noises during the music playback. This function will help reduce power consumption and preserve the battery by cutting out bass sounds that will become hard to hear because of the ambient noise.
