Why can't I adjust my OTC hearing aids with the app even though I have already paired them to my phone, tablet or device?
Ensure your phone, tablet, or device is unmuted, and the volume is turned up to about 75% before making any adjustments in the app. If you still have a problem, try pairing the OTC hearing aids again.
