Can't operate the Microsoft Teams app using the LinkBuds UC

    Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Make sure that you use the desktop version of the following apps:
      • Microsoft Teams™ Essentials (only when bought through a Microsoft-certified partner)
      • Microsoft 365™ Business (all versions)
      • Microsoft 365 Enterprise (all versions)
      • Microsoft 365 Education (all versions)
    2. Place the LinkBuds into the charging case, close the lid and, after a few seconds, remove them again.
    3. Disconnect the USB transceiver, and reconnect it.
    4. Reset the LinkBuds.
    5. Initialize the LinkBuds.
      Note: Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings and all Bluetooth® pairing information is deleted, but the pairing between the USB transceiver and the headphones will be retained.
