PlayMemories Online service ending on your TV
Thank you for your continued interest in Sony products.
We announced that the PlayMemories Online™ service will end on February 29, 2024. This termination includes the PlayMemories Online feature of 2010 to 2015 TV models, which will end on September 30, 2023.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Schedule
- June 22, 2023 - On-device notification will begin
- September 30, 2023 - Terminate the PlayMemories Online service on the device
- November 1, 2023 - Remove the PlayMemories Online icon from the device
