When connected to a device, noise is heard from the headphone while charging
Depending on the connected device (computer, PlayStation®5, etc.), charging the headphones while the headphone cable is connected to the device may cause this issue. If the issue occurs, disconnect the USB Type-C cable from the headphones to stop the charging, connect the USB Type-C cable to another power source (such as a USB battery charger), or change to a wireless connection.
