A small electrical noise with continuous static sound (white noise) is heard from the INZONE Buds.

Depending on the settings or conditions, a small electrical noise with continuous static sound (white noise) may be heard.
Hint: You can confirm the settings on the INZONE Hub software.

• When both the Noise Canceling function and Ambient Sound functions are set to OFF: When you are in a quiet environment, if no music is playing or the volume is low, white noise may be heard. This is normal and within specifications.

• When the Noise Canceling function is set to On: White noise is generated because of the characteristics of the Noise Canceling function. If you are bothered by the noise, use the headphones with the Noise Canceling function Off. • When the Ambient Sound function is set to On: White noise is generated depending on the level of the Ambient Sound function. On the INZONE Hub software, select Sound Settings → Ambient Sound Level to adjust the setting.
