The picture is green, pink, and blue when I turn on my TV

If you experience this issue, follow these steps to make sure your TV has the latest software version.
Make sure your software is up-to-date
Your TV must be connected to the internet to receive and install software updates directly. However, if your TV doesn't have internet access, you may download the update file to a computer, extract the update file to a USB flash drive, and use the flash drive to install the update on your TV. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
Check the current software version
- On the TV remote control, press the (Input) button, and then select Help.
Note: If Help is not shown in the input selection screen, select Edit and add Help. - On the TV screen, the software version number is shown below the model name.
- Model: K- / XR- / XRM- / Y-xxxxxxxx
- Software version: XXXX.XXX.XXX.X
- Check if the TV has the latest version of the software:
- Select Status & Diagnostics → System software update → Enable Automatically check for update → Software update
- If an update is available, select Update TV software to download the latest update.
- If your TV has the latest software version, you will see a Your software is up-to-date message on the screen.
- Select Status & Diagnostics → System software update → Enable Automatically check for update → Software update
