Cover art images of the songs transferred to a Walkman® are not displayed.
Cause:
If the cover art images of songs transferred to a Walkman are not displayed, it is likely that the transferred songs are in WAV format.A Walkman cannot register the cover art images of songs in WAV format.
Corrective action:
When you want to register the cover art images of songs transferred to a Walkman, convert the file into formats other than the WAV format and then transfer it to the Walkman.
Perform the following check procedure.

Click (menu) in the top left of the screen, and then select [Settings] from the [Tools] menu.

When the [Settings] window is displayed, click [Device Transfer] in the left pane of the [Settings] window.

Select [Auto assign transfer] under [Transfer mode], and then select the desired bitrate.

Select [Auto assign transfer] under [Transfer mode], and then click [v] to select the desired bitrate from the [Conversion bit rate] pull-down menu.

Click [OK] to close the window.

Make sure that the songs have been transferred to the Walkman and the cover art image is displayed.
If the cover art image is not displayed even after the above operation has been performed, perform the following check procedure.

Select a category under [My Library] in the sidebar.

Select the song or album for which you want to acquire song information from the song list.

Click [] in the right pane of the window and then select [Properties].

When the [Properties] window is displayed, click [Cover art].

Click [Convert cover art].

Click [OK] to close the window.

Make sure that the songs have been transferred to the Walkman and the cover art image is displayed.
