    Names and functions of the items

    (A) Playback operations (*)

    The following operations are available:

    • Playing songs
    • Changing the playback mode
    • Adjusting the sound quality (equalizer function)
    • Volume, etc.
    (B)Sidebar

    You can switch between the following displays:

    • The list of songs or playlists
    • The transfer screen
    (C) Content list

    You can display a list of songs or playlists.

    (High-Resolution Audio)
    The icon indicates the High-Resolution Audio content.
    (No file at the save destination)
    This icon is shown when the destination has no stored content.
    (D)Menu

    You can import files, change the text size on the display, view help information, etc.

    * (A)Details on the playback operations

    (1)

    (Shuffle play)
    Click the button to switch to the shuffle play mode.
    (Back)
    Click the button to skip to the beginning of the current song.
    Click the button twice rapidly to skip to the beginning of the previous song.
    / (Play/Pause)
    Click the button to start or pause playback.
    (Next)
    Click the button to skip to the beginning of the next song.
    (Repeat play)
    Click the button to change the repeat play settings.

    Currently playing item
    Click the button to display the content that is currently being played.
    When you select an artist name or album name, the screen display will be switched to the respective category.

    (DSEE HX)
    Click the button to turn the DSEE HX function on or off.
    (Equalizer)
    Click the button to turn the equalizer function on/off. You can adjust the sound quality.
    (Audio output)
    Click the button to select the audio output method or the output device.
    (Play Queue)
    Click the button to display the queue of songs being played currently and to be played. You can remove songs from the queue or rearrange the order of the songs.
    (Volume)
    Move the slider from left to right to adjust the volume. Click the (Volume) icon on the side of the slider to mute the volume.

    Play position
    This bar indicates the playback position.
    Move the slider or select the desired position to adjust the playback position.

    (Display by cover art) / (Display as list)
    The content list display will be switched.
    * Only some categories are supported.
    (Filter search)
    You can perform a filter search for the content list.

    To change the text size

    1. Click (Menu) in the top left, and select [Settings] from the [Tools] menu.
    2. Select [Show Screen] (A), and then select a text size from among [S]/[M]/[L] under [Text size] (B).
    3. Click [OK].

    To change the items shown in the content list

    1. Click (Menu) in the top left, and select [Settings] from the [Tools] menu.
    2. Select [Items Shown on Song List] (A), and then move the items you want to display in the content list to [Items to show] (B).
    3. Click [OK].

    Changing Application display color

    1. Select the [View] menu from (Menu) in the upper left of the screen, and then select [Application display color] from among the following: [White], [Black], [Red], [Blue], or [Green].

    Changing List display spacing

    1. Select the [View] menu from (Menu) on the upper left of the screen and then select [List display spacing] from among the following: [standard] or [Narrow].

    Displaying songs in an album

    1. Select [Albums], [Newly Added], or [Playlists] in the left side bar.
    2. Switches the album display method to [Display as list](B).
    3. Click [>](C) on the right side of the album jacket.

    Hint

    The names of songs in the album will be displayed.
    To close the album song screen, click [∨](D) to hide the songs.
