How do I connect Xperia XA2 to Verizon's network? (Only applicable to Verizon users in the U.S.)

    You might experience that your Xperia XA2 does not connect to Verizon's network. Follow these steps to get connected.

    Existing Verizon Users

    Step 1: Update the software on your Xperia XA2 

    1. To update your Xperia device, find and tap Settings > System > Software update. Then follow the on-screen instructions. You can also update with a computer using Xperia Companion.
    2. Update to software version 50.1.A.12.9 or later.

    Step 2: Activate Verizon Bring Your Own Device profile

    1. To activate or use an existing number on a new BYOD device, please ensure to log in to your account on verizonwireless.com > My Verizon > My Device > Activate or Switch Device and follow the instructions. You can also call Verizon customer service center for CDMA-less activation.

    New Verizon Users1
