The stereo system or receiver will not turn off.
Follow this procedure to troubleshoot if the stereo system or receiver will not turn off.
- Unplug the stereo system or receiver from the AC outlet.
- Check the speaker connections.
- Plug the stereo system or receiver securely into a working AC outlet.
- Press the power button on the front of the stereo system or receiver.
- If the issue is still unresolved after completing all of the troubleshooting steps, service will be required.
