The Blu-ray Disc player is unresponsive and shows a blue screen after performing the set up.

Follow the steps below if an blue screen appears and you are unable to operate the Blu-ray Disc® player.
- Using the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
- Select Setup.
- Select Software Update.
IMPORTANT: Do not cancel or disrupt the update process by either turning off the Blu-ray Disc Player or disconnecting the Internet connection.
If the issue is not resolved or if the player continues to reboot (turn on and off) after trying the steps above, service may be required.  Go to Product Repair.
