Follow the steps below to resolve Bluetooth connection issues.
Reconnect the device to the Music Center (Songpal™) App
If the steps above didn't resolve the issue, remove the speakers that are linked in the app and reconnect again.
Remove speakers in Music Center
- Tap the Music Center icon on the mobile device.
- On the top right corner of the Speaker & Group screen, tap the Option menu (3 dots).

Tap on Remove Speakers.

On the Remove Speakers screen, select the audio device that can't connect.

Tap on REMOVE.

Tap on OK.
