How Do I Fix Common Issues When I Use the Music Center (SongPal) App with an Audio Device?

The following issues may occur if there is a connection problem between the audio device and the Music Center (previously known as SongPal™) app:
- The mobile device doesn't display the audio device's menu options.
- The audio device doesn't respond to the Music Center app.
Follow these steps to reconnect your audio device with the Music Center app:
- Turn off the network and Bluetooth® feature of your audio device.
- Remove the audio device information, then reconnect it with the Music Center app.
