Spotify Doesn't Play in a Music Center (Songpal) Group

Before You Start
- The Music Center (Songpal™) website provides a list of models that support the network connected functions such as Wireless Multi-Room, Wireless Surround, and Wireless Stereo.
- Update the audio device to the latest software version before using the Music Center network functions.
Turn on the Network Standby Function
Activate the Network Standbyor Remote Start function of all the devices that are set up as Wireless Multi-Room, Wireless Surround and Wireless Stereo in the Music Center (Songpal) app to allow the Spotify® digital music service to play music. Check the specifications or supplied operations guide for information on the device settings. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
For SRS-X77/X88/X99:
Tap and hold the ON button until the Standby indicator lights up in orange.
For SRS-ZR7:
Press and hold the (POWER)/—PAIRING button and the FUNCTION button simultaneously until the (POWER) indicator lights up in orange.
For HT-NT3/ST9/XT3 and STR-DN860/DN1060:
On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Setup.
- Select Network Settings.
- Select Remote Start.
- Select On.
