How to lock or unlock the Home Theater (HT) system.

The Child Lock feature on the Home Theater system is designed to lock the buttons on the front of the Blu-ray Disc® /DVD player to prevent accidental operation. Follow these steps to activate or deactivate the Child Lock feature:

• To activate the feature:

  Press and hold the STOP button for approximately 5 seconds or until CHILD LOCK and ON appears on the front display panel.

• To deactivate (or cancel) the feature:

  Press and hold the STOP button for approximately 5 seconds or until CHILD LOCK and OFF appears on the front display panel.

NOTES:

• As part of the normal operation, the POWER button will continue to function even after this feature has been activated.
• When this feature is activated, CHILD LOCK and ON will appear on the front display panel when a button is pressed.
