Can I connect the BDPS-1200 Blu-ray Disc player to a Wi-Fi (wireless) network?

The BDPS-1200 Blu-ray Disc® player does not have Wi-Fi® (wireless) capability. Connection to the internet is only supported using a wired (LAN cable) connection to your router or access point.

If you plan to use a Blu-ray Disc player in a location where a wired internet connection is not available, you may want to consider the following alternatives:

• Use a Wi-Fi (wireless) capable Blu-ray Disc player or Blu-ray home theater system. Sony has a wide selection of reasonably priced Wi-Fi (wireless) capable Blu-ray Disc players and Blu-ray home theater systems available. • Use your Blu-ray Disc player with a  wireless bridge or wireless gaming adapter . These optional devices connect directly to your Blu-ray Disc player and then wirelessly to your router.
