How to assign a manual or static Internet Protocol (IP) address to the Internet TV.

    Follow the steps for the type of connection you have (Ethernet or Wi-Fi®).

    Wi-Fi:

    1. Go to All Apps.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. In the Settings menu, select Network.
    4. Using the arrow buttons on your keypad remote, select Wi-Fi and then press ENTER.
    5. Press the ENTER button again to turn off the Wi-Fi setting.
    6. Press the ENTER button a third time to turn the Wi-Fi setting back on.
    7. Allow your Internet TV device a few moments to search for your network. Once your network is listed on the screen, press the down arrow to select the name of your network.
    8. Press the down arrow button to select IP settings and then press ENTER. Image
    9. In the IP settings screen, press the arrow button to select Static and then press ENTER. Image
    10. Use the arrow button to scroll down and view the IP fields.
    11. Enter the appropriate information into ALL fields. Each field must be completed.
    12. Once you have entered all the information in to the fields, use the arrow button to select Connect and then press ENTER.

      IMPORTANT:The fields will already show numbers in gray, and are shown as an example only; the correct numbers are not active until manually input. Use the keypad to manually input the correct numbers in each of the fields. The numbers turn white after being manually input.

    Ethernet:

    1. Go to All Apps.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. In the Settings menu, select Network.
    4. Using the arrow buttons on your keypad remote, select Ethernet and then press ENTER.
    5. Press the down arrow button to select IP settings and then press ENTER. Image
    6. In the IP settings screen, press the arrow button to select Static and then press ENTER. Image
    7. In the Ethernet screen, enter the appropriate information into ALL fields. Each field must be completed.
    8. After you have entered the appropriate information into the fields, use the arrow button to select Set and then press ENTER.
