The connected USB device is not detected or recognized.
The Internet TV device may not be able to detect or read the information stored on certain USB devices if the device is not formatted in the FAT32 file system.
In many cases this issue can be resolved by reformatting the USB memory device to the FAT32 file system using a computer.
WARNING: There is a risk of data loss when performing the format procedure. Formatting the USB device will erase any data stored on it. As such, consult the manufacturer of the USB device for further assistance with the format process.
