There is no sound when the AUDIO OUT jack of a TV is connected to the TV AUDIO IN jack of the Home Theater System.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.
- Ensure the cables have been securely connected to the proper jacks on both products.
- Press the FUNCTION button on the Home Theater Remote Control until TV is displayed on the front panel.
- Try increasing the volume level on the television.
- Make sure the television has been setup to output sound through its AUDIO OUT jack.
IMPORTANT: Depending on your television, it may be necessary to disable the internal speakers of the TV or set the audio output of the TV to FIXED or VARIABLE . If necessary, refer to the instruction manual of your television.
