Why can't I use the Amazon Alexa feature and Bluetooth connection at the same time?

You can't use the Bluetooth connection and Amazon Alexa feature at the same time. While using the Amazon Alexa feature, the Bluetooth connection with the Sound Bar (and other devices such as headphones, wireless speakers etc.) can be affected and sometimes disconnect.
