The sound is distorted or skips when using a USB transceiver (INZONE Buds and headphones)

The issue may be caused by radio wave interference. Follow the instructions according to the connected device:

Connected to a smartphone (INZONE Buds only)

    • If your smartphone is in your clothes pocket, take it out and bring it closer to the headphones.
    • If your smartphone is connected to the INZONE Buds and it's also connected to a Wi-Fi® network, use the 5 GHz band.
    • Keep the INZONE Buds away from electronic devices (e.g., smartphones other than the ones connected to the INZONE Buds or Wi-Fi devices).
    • If any electronic devices in the vicinity may be emitting interference, turn them off.
    • Change the direction of the USB transceiver.
    • Move any metal objects away from the transceiver.

    Connected to a computer

    • Disconnect the USB transceiver and connect it to a different computer port.
    • Move any device or cable supporting USB 3.0 away from the USB transceiver.
    • Remove all other USB devices and USB cables from the computer, if possible.
    • Move any metal objects away from the USB transceiver.
    • Place the headphones and the USB transceiver close together.
Note: For INZONE H5/H7/H9, since the antenna is located inside the left unit, it is recommended that you connect the USB transceiver on the left side of the computer to avoid obstacles between the antenna and the USB transceiver. The location of the antenna inside the left unit is indicated with a dotted line in the image, which uses the INZONE H9 model as an example.
    • If the computer is connected to a Wi-Fi network, use the 5 GHz band.
    • Keep the INZONE Buds away from electronic devices that are not connected to them (e.g., smartphones, Wi-Fi devices, etc.).
    • If any electronic devices in the vicinity may be emitting interference, turn them off.
    • Connect the USB transceiver to a different USB port on the computer. For example, if the transceiver is connected to the back of a desktop computer, reconnect it to the front.
    • Close unnecessary software or restart the computer.
    • Disconnect the headphones and the USB transceiver and reconnect them again.
    • Reset the headphones.
    • Initialize the headphones.

    Connected to a PlayStation®5

    • Connect the USB transceiver to the front USB port of the PlayStation 5.
    • Move any device or cable supporting USB 3.0 away from the USB transceiver.
    • Move any metal objects away from the USB transceiver.
    • Place the headphones and the USB transceiver close together.
Note: For INZONE H5/H7/H9, since the antenna is located inside the left unit, it is recommended that you connect the USB transceiver on the left side of the PlayStation 5 to avoid obstacles between the antenna and the transceiver. The location of the antenna inside the left unit is indicated with a dotted line in the image, which uses the INZONE H9 as an example.
    • Disconnect the headphones and the USB transceiver and reconnect them again.
    • Reset the headphones.
    • Initialize the headphones.
Note: Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings, and all Bluetooth® pairing information is deleted. Perform the pairing again.
