The speaker doesn't output sound of the mac OS 12 device, or a 3rd or subsequent device cannot be paired with the speaker

If the issue occurs while the speaker is connected to a macOS 12 device using a multipoint connection, follow these workarounds:

• When the speaker doesn't output the sound from a macOS® 12 device, disconnect the Bluetooth® connection from the macOS 12 device to the speaker and then make the connection again.
• When a 3rd (or subsequent) device can't be paired with the speaker, disconnect the Bluetooth connection from the macOS 12 device to the speaker, or turn the macOS 12 device Bluetooth function off.
