Cannot play the Spotify music content on BRAVIA Theatre Quad, BRAVIA Theatre Bar 9, or BRAVIA Theatre Bar 8
If you can't play the Spotify® music content on BRAVIA Theatre Quad, check the following:
- Make sure the speaker system is connected to the same Wi-Fi® network as the smartphone.
- Use the IPv4 protocol. The Spotify playback will fail if you use the IPv6 protocol.
Hint: You can turn off the IPv6 by pressing the INPUT, Volume –, and VOICE buttons on the remote control in sequence.
