Is there any license required to share the data with other user?

Yes, data exporting function only works if you have a valid license.
An owner of FFA license can export and share;
  * ROI/POI data by Shape files, GeoJSON files, KML files, or GPX files.
  * Field analytics reports by pdf files.
  * Prescription by Shape files
  * Shape files, GeoJSON files, KML files, or GPX files can be opened and viewed by a third party's viewer app, for example, GPX Viewer (available
from App Store). Pdf files can be opened and viewed by third party software, for example, Acrobat reader.
