There are SLS-1A speakers that do not appear on the network

Keep in mind the following:

• Check the setup of the IP address and firewall.
• With the Line-Array Speaker Manager application, you can set up a maximum of 30 SLS-1A speakers at a time. For 31 speakers or more, set up to 30 speakers in several batches and connect them to the same network.
• If you connect to a network through a router, you do not need to connect your computer and the SLS-1A speaker with an Ethernet cable.
• Your computer and the SLS-1A speaker are not on the same network. (They are in different IP address groups.)
• A router supporting DHCP is recommended, as it automatically assigns the IP addresses. (The SLS-1A speaker is configured to DHCP by default.)

If the measures above don't solve the issue, uninstall and reinstall the following programs. You will be able to see the Dante devices from the Line-Array Speaker Manager application.

1. Uninstall the following applications if they are installed on your PC:
   • Dante Controller
   • Dante Virtual Soundcard
   • Line-Array Speaker Manager
   • Dante Control and Monitoring
   • Dante Discovery
2. Install the Line-Array Speaker Manager application.
3. Install the applications for the Dante devices you are using.
