There are lines or smears on the shutter curtain

The streaky lines and smears that may appear when the shutter curtain or shading curtain is closed are patterns made by the carbon material used in the shutter blades.  Due to individual differences, the markings may not be the same and will depend on the angle of view.

The markings are patterns from the material and will not affect the performance of the camera.
